MIKE HOLMES REPUTATION IN JEOPARDY !

09 Sep

WOW!  MIKE HOLMES  involved with the Ft. ROUGE YARDS BOONDOGGLE

Today’s WFP :

Holmes reputation is all about “Do it right the first time and you will have something of value”.  It will cost LESS in the end!.  I guess nobody bothered to tell him this could ruin his reputation!

Holmes’ show  has often been about  ” His clients discovering how their properties need MAJOR remediation BECAUSE of Shoddy, shortsighted and often illegal so-called workmanship, by the INCOMPETENT,  UNETHICAL  and definitely unprofessional elements in the home renovation industry.

What is he doing being associated with this City of Winnipeg Boondoggle???

Bringing Holmes into this Ft. Rouge situation  is SO IRONIC!!!

From the very beginnings of this project....

  • from the behind the scenes land swap ( probably illegal)
  • to the PRETENSE of public consultation (definitely unethically done)
  • to the ‘low-end’ type development that has been publicized
  • to the political obfuscation of the local city councillor
  • to the totally arrogant and UNcommunicative Contractor/developer

….is, if one were to take one of Holmes’s  clients homes and enlarge it 1000 fold, a perfect example of what Holmes has made his reputation fighting.

The Ft. Rouge Yards is the perfect example of a a city project founded on back-room deals, totally lacking anything resembling public consultation, SHODDY, uncreative and downright lousy conceptualization/planning. and political opportunism and possibly DEEP CORRUPTION.

Do you really believe Montreal is the only place Construction/political corruption exists???

One can only hope this is the breakthrough residents of Lord Roberts have been hoping for.  If Holmes knew the history of this project he’d be appalled.  Hopefully soon he will!
